Go here if you like Bruce's touch w/the Dead. Best of his contribution to the boys -- love that psychedelic bayou touch!

These shows were the best of 1991. Hornsby added alot, in my opinion, to the post-Brent era. Don't get me wrong, Brent was the best keyboardist the Dead had, but Bruce does him justice here. Love LTGTR. It's always a great opener. Followed by Stranger. This LTGTR/Stranger combo rivals some of the best I have heard, notably Alpine Valley '89. I agree with everyone's comments about Foolish, which was great.

This show is floating around on DVD, the camera is a bit shakey unlike the boys this night. They're mostly on point in the garden. For a 90's lick, it really is a true gem. Not big on Hornsby years, but it's still great! Thanks for the soundboard too!

Subject: My first show... Let the Good Times Roll
This was my first dead show. My Uncle took me at age 13. We had backstage passes through zildjian. I met Mickey Hart. He told me to "Go find myself out there.... Go experience it." And that I did. Even at the age of 13 I knew there was something to it.... I didn't know the songs but I thought it was incredible... Years later finding the soundboard just meant the world to me... This is a wonderful show... From start to finish it is just awesome. I would have to challenge anyone who does't like 90's Dead to listen to this show and tell me it sucks. This show rocks.... highlighs include ship of fools... dark star... foolish heart is awesome... and the standing on the moon jerry hits every lyric. If you are a fan of 91 I would highly recommend this show.. Let the good times roll indeed!!
